What do you guys think of a Vintage Sunburst SPARKLE color? I know there are no more sparkly colors coming out anymore, but still. I think it would be awesome. I was just looking at the build site of the guitar I am waiting for: Silhouette, vintage tremolo, vintage sunburst, matching head stock, rosewood board, and black perloid guard. I was thinking how AWESOME and unique that would look if the vintage sunburst was a subtle SPARKLEY color, something like the Burnt Apple, not as much as the Gremlin Green or wahtever that insane color is called. Maybe that is an option for the mythical Silo anniversary!!! That would be the coolest most unique Silo ever. :D

Sorry guys sparkles are a dead issue. This horse has been beat so many times that it just ain't going to happen.

I love em too, but it time to move on.

Yes sir, the horse has been beaten and she still ain't movin'....

We all love the sparklies as well. However, it comes down to sales. We (forum members) are the rabid EBMM minority when looking at the big picture. They just did not sell as well as the other colors. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe black is the biggest selling color. There are a million options out there and we have to be happy with those. I for one, am very happy with them. Plus, with all the cool stuff coming out and stuff available, I have a hard time picking what I want because of all the options. ;)

I did write this with that in mind, that sparkles are never happening again. I just thought of how cool it would look, very unique. Believe me I CAN NOT wait to get me regular vintage sunburst Silo. Just threw the idea out there for fun, because I've never seen or heard of something like that. Maybe I should start making my own guitars with that color  ?

Alright, I'm sorry guys. I did not mean it as that you guys SHOULD make it. I just thought it would be an original color that no one has done before. So how about a Vintage Sunburst PEARL color. You guys do a lot of PEARLs, hahahahahaha :p

HA HA HA HA HA
sorry

It's really not much fun to dig up the horse and beat it some more but sparkle sunburst. Would that be transparent with sparkles? Or like yellow sparkle to red sparkle to black sparkle.

Not sure if I would like that or not. I guess I would have to see it first.

<NorM dismisses the idea and moves on to the next thread>

Somebody get me a gun!

Would you like that in a sparkle finish? Such as Gunmetal Sparkle?
Maybe a Burnt Powder Sparkle?

;)

PS: I'm just kidding since I was never a Sparkle fan in the first place.

I'd love to see a gun in Trans-black ... maybe with the leftover paint EB/MM could spray an Axis for me too ;)
