Do you recon they are Loop masters pedals?

Doubt it. But they're the most basic of pedals to build.

These are super easy to make. Basically a dpdt, a small enclosure and three jacks. I made 2 of them a long time ago. EJ even posted his hand drawn schematics once when a fan asked him how they were wired.

But to be honest, i've never seen EJ's pedal board so simple before.
