I was curious (? for BP or Brian I guess) if the Cobalt line of strings was going to replace the nickel Slinkys in the string lineup? Or if both were always going to be available for the foreseeable future?

I was thinking that it must be tough (and expensive) to market and produce a new and improved product and still offer the product that it is replacing. Or is it not considered a replacement?

I can't speak for BP but from a business aspect I would say that market demand would mostly dictate production. If the regulars weren't selling anymore the production would fall off.
