He would have first played the Star Spangled Banner (with his teeth), played Hey Joe, Machine Gun, Voodoo Chile and then would have set it on fire, smashed the axe and his Marshalls, and still have us scratchin' our heads as to how he could do the things he did! :D

i think he would have definetly played the hell out of it. as for burning it, or smashing it... i think he would have thought twice because it would have stayed in tune extremely well and an axis would have definetly been better than a strat. Especially if it was rear routed for strat configuration and had a floyd rose double locking system on it.

Jimi was not a stupid cat, he knew when his instrument was serving him well or not. if not, then he would destroy it.

God bless,

Tony

Most likely he'd be loading up on the LSD according to some people. I think if anything he was tripping because he was playing a Fender and not something better at that point.

your screen name should behoove you to reconsider taht one bro. i'll give you the benifit of the doubt and assume yoru being sarcastic. Jimi Hendrix couldnt be out played by a four year old. If you really do think that then i feel sorry for you. Hendrix is the reason why we have people like vai and satriani. Countless jazz musicians hold his playing in the highest regard. So if music guru is your M.O. i would suggest you keep listening and learning becasue you have a long way to go. Either you have no musical patience or your musical mind isn't fully developed.

God bless,

Tony
