So I'm playing my new PDN Luke that I got from Glory Days Guitars. It wasn't playing well, I made some adjustments to the bridge and wasn't loving it. While playing I broke an A string, so I said maybe a new set of strings would help. When taking the old ones off I noticed they weren't EB Slinky's I think they were the M-Steel.
Do the M-Steel have Black ends for the plain stings? Regardless they felt like crap to me and were too bright.
However put regular EB Slinkys on and BAM. NOW that is what it needed, Slinkys really make any guitar sound good especially the MM with Stainless steel frets.
So I'm an idiot for not noticing they weren't regular strings. End of Rant.
