Hi guys and gals.

My name is John McCullough, and I'm a bassaholic. I've had many different basses, guitars, violins, contrabasses, euphoniums, trombones, pianos,.... should I go on, in my possession the last 40 or so years, and have found a new addiction, EBMM basses and guitars. I tried to resist for many years, but it, yes, has been futile. I was a long time G L fan, and have even had F.....r and , oh God, yes multiple Warwick basses that came into my life. None that lasted that long though. There was the pair of Pedullas that lasted a long time, but I cheated on them also. And now, I have sold everything except one HotWire 5 string, I would sell it too, but I know I would never even get half of what I paid for it. Of course, if someone would trade me a Bongo, I would be interested!

Anyway, enough of my rambling. I have been more than impressed with the running of this forum. Lots of really interesting posts, on all things musical. It has really been a lot of fun cruising through all the posts the last couple of days since I discovered this forum. Can I be like Columbus and say "John McCullough discovers the Ernie Ball Music Man Forums". Maybe my claim to fame.

Hope I haven't pissed anyone off with my posts on the new Sterlings by Music Mans. Just trying to get the little guys point of view out there.

One more thing, it sucks when a newcomer does a search, and in the post the search links to, the first answer is from someone saying, Hey Dude, why don't you use the search function! Well, I did, and got your dumb answer.

Hi John! Welcome aboard. Unlike you, I started with EBMM and just lucked out, I guess. None of that soul searching that you had to do with other brands!
