So I'm finally back in the MM family again. Funny story, I originally had a Stingray 5 six years ago which I then sold to purchase an MTD Kingston Heir 5. Now I've sold the MTD in order to pick up this Sterling Ray 35. I couldn't be happier to be back after all these years. Next I plan on ordering a Big Al 5. Cheers.

Welcome back! I have a similar story, although I've been able to hang on to my two 1990pre-Gibson Tobias Killer B5s while adding a few EB/MMs to my collection. I bought my first Stingray back in the 80s and that one got ripped off. Then I tried a lot of other basses and jumped back into EB/MM in 2005 when I bought a Sterling 4H. Five years later, I have 5 Balls - I'm hooked again!
