So I've sold 3 of my basses and I'm now replacing them with and playing EB/MM's only period.
I'm getting these 2 beauties from TPB (most appropriately named store ever, certainly my go to guy's). The Tobacco Snbrst. SR5 is due Thur and the Candy Red Bongo is Friday and I'm in trouble because I'm wired already just waiting, I've been dreaming of having a rosewood neck bass for years and now to have two from the best damn bass manufacturer is just freaking silly. I sold my stealth Bongo 'cause I'm HH heavy and I'm replacing it with an ordered Black w/ a Blk. Guard HS so I'll have a sick little EB/MM group, man I'm freaking pumped!

Nice, however you're still not forgiven for selling your second 20th. :p

Yeah, that was a tough call, actually selling any MM is a tough call, but it was the only path to one of these, and I pledge never to put my other up on the block, ever. I'm already plotting to sell a PRS guitar for the 25th HSS, another
must have, but all my Ball's are safe.

That is TobaccoBurst and not Vintage Sunburst right? Beautiful either way but I have a TobaccoBurst Sterling on the way and the pictures I've lusted over for months looks like that. :D

Yes, it's Tobacco Burst, I lucked out in that while waiting for the Bongo I was
doing my normal bass porn surfing, & TPB must have just posted it, without hesitation I called, locked it up, just impossible to pass on it.

Thanks Brandt, I had this combo in mind soon as I heard of the Rswd. series,
I am lucky, and thats because I found you guys at TPB, no BS, your whole operation is amazing, Sean has been incredible in making this order happen to my requests, yesterday I spoke with Carey who not only setup my getting the basses at 2 different FedEx, but after doing his QC and he got the pics done and emailed them to me so I could sit in front of my Mac and drool, (ok so I'm usually doing that anyway but lets not go there) while it's en route.
So much thanks and appreciation, Rick
