In order to buy a new StingRay 2008 Limited Edition! What do you think about that?

So do I, but I can't get used to the lacquered neck, and the StingRay is actually exactly as I want it! The first bass I've ever seen that I wouldn't change ANYTHING even if I could ...

But I have a job now, so in a few month, I guess there will be a new Bongo in my house. Maybe a 6-string!

If I was in the market for a new Ray I'd hunt down a GC 45th Anni. One.... They look sweet.

But yeah you'll buy another Bongo eventually. :)

Let us know how you feel about it after you have the Ray for a week or two.

Go for it, and tell the Bongo " I'll be back" maybe you could find a BFR Rosewood used or NOS somewhere, you definitely won't have a neck issue with the Rosie.

Tis a wise man who learns from the mistakes of others, but a fool will go his own way, then later come crawling back with a Bongo in each hand :D!!!!

Hehe, maybe a new Bongo will arrive when I understand what I've done :p Anyway, I don't like the lacquered neck, so even if I wouldn't buy a SR, the Bongo must be sold in order to buy a new one with all rosewood neck :D
