i'd be all over a silhouette special 7, but a regular silo 7 would be similar to a jp bfr right? alder (tone block and maple top is a difference), 24 frets, humbuckers. the middle pickup is the difference.

I dont know, as much as I love any MM guitar. the Silo is the one that I could never get into. I always found the pickups to be a bit thin sounding and the neck a bit too fat for my comfort. Still better than any other guitar, but not for me.
