Important question regarding Luke frets - need help!

Shouldn't the frets on the Luke be the same height and profile all the way from 1st to 22nd ?

Need a fast reply as I just recieved one and think that they are worn much more than stated in the sales ad.

Thanks a lot!

It's used, but frets should be "new with minor wear slightley visible few places"

First pic is at 22nd fret

second pic is middle of fretboard

It looks like this almost all the way up to 22nd

This is pretty worn right?

I'm used to high profile so that is why I'm uncertain.

Thanks a bunch for quick responses

Another one from 12th fret

Once again...please respond quickly as I need to take action fast if it is to be returned.

Just a note, the guitar sounds great and is high quality as usual with EBMM...but in this case I have to be picky about it.

So the 22nd is what I would call "slightly visible worn" right? As opposed to brand new!

i thik that is normal that they are most worn in the meedle
what is the date of products
perhaps the seller don't play like you
some player are "" eater of frets but with this low profile it's most spactacular

but when i see pics to the 22th frets it was difficult to say if they are news
they are less played thant the middle
look at the end of fret and see the angle i' will be the same along the neck

have you some buzz
the action peharps was too much low
have you ghost notes after 12th frets when you make a bend
was it on all strings
i think that customer service can better than me they are the best

I hope to have helped you

Luke69 - Thanks a lot for your response. But I think you misunderstood my question.

I wanted to make sure that this kind of wear isn't normal on a brand new guitar...or lets say...one that is ½ years old?
