I would like to know that Indie guitars is related to Ernie Ball or no, because theire guitars looks like an MM axis, and if they are related, than I am interested.

In this case I wait for an axis with mahagony, and maple top. If it will happen in the future.(hopefully)

It's called ripping off other people's original design

the 4+2 headstock belongs to EBMM this might be a job for Wonder dog...
