HI and happy new year to all,
arrived a few days ago, after 4 months of waiting, my JPX.
I have a few questions about it.
the guitar had a tremolo arm mounted. how to remove?
the guitar had the neck screwed down, and consequently many fretz buzz! Is this normal? I adjusted the trussrod

The guitar will fit into the case with the bar attached, but it you'd like to remove it, grab it near where it goes into the block and pull straight up.

It's normal for a guitar to settle during shipping/climate changes. That's why you have a truss rod to rectify the problem. No worries.

I have the same problem on mine, but the freez have stopped once I have turn the treble down.
