Help! Input Jack for piezo equipped Axis SS model

Hi. Has anyone replaced their MusicMan Piezo equipped model's stereo input jack to a standard stereo input jack?

Reason I'm asking is that the input jack of my MusicMan Axis SS with Piezo is broken (the plastic bit just cracked one day when plugging the guitar in).

I've contacted my local Music Shop whether they can fix it for me but they have to order the correct Music Man parts. This was back in August.. and when I got the music shop to find out when the jacks are gonna arrive, they told me it won't be here (I'm in Australia) til December.

I don't think I can wait til December for this

Thanks Colin. I'll be keeping the ones I ordered from you as spares for sure... Was gonna do the soldering myself until I opened up the backplate and saw all the wires in the piezo-equipped models
