Okay, so...I was dreaming about owning some sweet EBMMs. I was trying to imagine which ones I was going to get. At one point, I thought I wanted to get everything in a BFR configuration. Then, I thought, "Hey, I want an ASS with piezo. If I get a BFR ASS (assuming EBMM will produce one), will I get piezo?"

I got pessimistic about that idea in light of the whole quilt vs. flame issue with the BFR Luke and JP F-1. I mean, let's face it, that's another option to slow down production.

I think Sterling meant that the Ball family will make what the Ball family wants to ... that's the whole philosophy of the BFR line.

The answer? Who knows what they'll do. That's half the fun ... the other half is the excitement of getting something that could be really limited.

Not to be negative, 'cause who knows (I certainly don't), but if you really want an ASS w/ piezo you should probably get a regular one.

Yeah. I'll take what I can get too, and I'll be glad to have it. I'm just trying to predict what's coming. At least, that way my fantasies will have a plan. :D

Back in November when BP mentioned Blue Dawn coming back for LE's in '07, I had planned on getting a piezo Blue Dawn Luke to match my regular blue dawn luke.

That all changed with the introduction of the BFR's, since I already have 2 lukes with piezos and I had no BFR's. So I'm holding off on the BD piezo.

But if you have your heart set on a peizo Luke, I'd suggest either the BD, or perhaps the sunburst (if that's still avail) where you can see the top thru the finish.
