is it posible to have my stingray5 HS wired like the stingray5 HS 20th anniversary. if it is, i might have a professional do it for me.

You mean to wire the bridge pup to paralell like the 20th? It is not posible, the pickup comes in series and can't be disambled, or it's too hard and not worth the effort.
Meybe you could buy a new set of pickups from Ernie Ball if you send the stock pups back and tell them about your intentions.
