I personally don’t know much about the EX models.

I’d be interested in reading the comments from guys that know.

The price is real close to new prices. I'd probably just get a new one, the only real difference is the toggle location. Either way, great guitars.

well first off if it were an EVH, then that would be a great price!

It's an Axis Ex. I believe these were made for the overseas market. If memory serve me correctly, China specifically.

As already mentioned, that's very close to the price of a new one which personally I would go for.

Only you can decide if it is worth it, like others have said too close to new prices, but if you want it get it, thats the way the CFB rolls:D

Its my Guitar Guys. As it says in the ad these were made exclusively for the Japanese market. Its pretty much an EVH, without the sig on the headstock.
I would be happy to give a fellow forumite a better deal outside of ebay. Just PM me ......................

Almost looks like my EVH... In fact it has a nicer top...

Rich that is your ax. I scoped that out a few days back as I thought someone was selling an EVH and thought it was an Axis and I almost hit buy it now without even reading the description.lol Thought I hit a mother of a score!

Richie gave a very thorough description though and even stated what market the guitar was from. To be honest it was the first time I have seen one and must say it has a smoking finish and is one beautiful guitar.
