Hows the neck shape on the Madden is it close to the silo special?
I've been watching one on e-bay and I might finally snag it.

I'm quite sure it is the same except for the inlay.

Yeah, so do I. Never heard "the" pickup (don't even know what it is) so I can't say, but it's got to have some kickazz potential at least. I'm un-influenced and therefore unbiased by Benji, so that plays no part in it for me. Looks like a fun guitar.

Benji was a Silo Special player, the Benji Madden is pretty much just a Silo Special with the 1 pup.

I played a used one at guitar center a month or two ago. Gobs of tone out of that one pickup (I think it was a virtual PAF, but don't quote me). Really indistinguishable from the Silo Special, save for the 12th fret inlay, and the siggy on the headstock.

I always liked the 1 hum 1 vol set up and lets be honest its a BALL!!!
So its gotta ROCK!!! Dwells you need to post a youtube vid of you
shredding on that Emerald BFR, I'm a big fan of your vids!!!!
