i want one for my two-pivot fender, i sold my old one because i bought the petrucci, bought a new one and the petrucci is like 10000x superior with the feel/action of the trem, is there any trem like that out ?
mannmade ?
wilkinson ?
ANYTHING ?

Yea, as a matter of fact if you watch the Metropolis in New York DVD, you see JP playing a bunch of prototypes, and I believe at that point he's using wilkinson. Obviously before the custom trem was designed

Yeah, but you can float the vintage trem as well check out the Luke for an example.

I had my Sub floating for a while and it slayed :D

I narrowed it down to three choices

1. Hipshot Tremolo (fulcrum)
2. Wilkinson VS100
3. Mannmade USA

anyone has any experience with those ?

I have a Wilkinson VS100 on one of my non-Balls and it's really a good tremolo.
But I almost never play the other guitars since I got my first Ball, and I can hardly wait for my second one that should be here soon.

I used to play a wilkinson VSVG in my previous guitar (ibanez at300) , and i think it's very great, very stable, very easy to use, and we can do easy setting on it. But it's quite expensive.. i recommend you to try it before you buy
