TO find out what building stage my A.S.S. is in? I ordered it early Feb and wondering how much longer the wait is and if I am getting a Flame or Figured maple top. Who do I contact?

You would have to ask your dealer to get an update from EB. I don't know if it's a policy or courtesy with EB to tell a dealer what stage a certain axe that he ordered is at, but my dealer, Pete DuBaldo gives me updates all the time, e.g. your guitar is being painted this week, or your guitar is in set-up right now. I don't ask him, he just likes to keep me updated. I know you can't call up EB yourself to find out that info.

It is a pain in the butt for the customer service reps to do this. They are busy enough without these kinds of requests. Just be patient.
