So, are these decals legal?

They have a disclaimer of sort though:
"The decal is made purposely for replacement of the respective guitar decal..."

I hate those counterfeiters! And these sort of supply company only encourages them! Life is already hard enough, these people are making even the simple pleasure of guitar-buying stressful nowadays!

The attention to detail in the decals are frightening
They even have the Made in SLO decal!

Lets face it, this is going to be about impossible to stop. it happens with just about every commodity you can think of.

You are lucky if you get away without somone producing full blown copies and directly affecting your sales, as happens with fashion, jewelery, watches, CDs etc etc.

Just go to a football match or concert to see the hords of people selling unofficial merchadise.

I'm not saying any of this is right, but you just aint going to stop it.

Sure, but it doesn't mean you shouldn't try.

The value of a trademark diminishes significantly if you don't enforce it.
