Hi
Just wondered if my Music Man Ray is a rare beast, the reason i ask is i haven't seen many with the 3 band eg, bullet trust, and bridge with the string dampers and serial number on, I know it was made in 1990 from a previous post i made some time back.

Here's some pictures

all the best

i wouldnt say rare, but highly sought after transitional rays, people say they like early 90s rays as they usually had the features urs had along with more common figured necks,i however think theyre all great!

Yeah, I had a similar one, as well. 31606, I think. Honeyburst, bird's eye maple, bullet truss. Great bass. I miss it...

Not really rare but i like those basses a lot.

I used to have a black/maple 1990 model but mine was a 2 band, i miss it a lot.
