It is not the building circled in that photo. It's to the right and south.

In the center you see a complex with two buildings separated by a parking lot. The EBMM factory is the square building on the south side of the parking lot.

We all hung out in that parking lot at the Open House! The bigger rectangular building to the North used to be the string factory, as I recall, until it moved to Indio and then Coachella.

Steve's correct, the building just to the right of the one that was circled is the old Ernie Ball manufacturing facility. The Music Man building is behind it (or below it on the map). Remember the brick factory or whatever that was blowing a bunch of dust in our eyes that afternoon at the open house? There's the big pile of dirt causing it to the left...
