Help! Issue with Piezo

Hi everyone, something's went wrong with my Piezo on my JP6 BFR. There is little/no sound when i pluck the 4th string (D-string) with my Piezo on. Other strings sound ok. Everything works as it should with Magnetic pickups on, so it cant be the strings. Any ideas whats going on?

We could only guess. Spudmurphy has some experience with Piezo systems.

You might try giving Customer Service a call.
