This sale is no joke. I picked up a Luke III HSS for a stupidly ridiculous price (won't post the price, even though I'd like to brag). I also snagged a StingRay 5 for a great price, as well. But, get this: the store I called that supposedly had one in stock had just put it on layaway for someone else. The salesman sold me a new, in-the-box copy of it straight out of their warehouse. So, I ended up getting a fresh, never-opened guitar for their in-store clearance price.

Sterling needs to appoint some serious high turnover dealers in the EU where we are fed on a diet of Warwick, FMI products and Far Eastern and Chinese planks..... It´s a shame all those Sabres waiting to be adopted..:(

Damn, called about a Big Al SSS...

For that price you can definitely sell it on the used market & get all your money back.

Me thinks I'd better stay away from GC before I go even MORE in debt.

Too many good deals to resist.

FWIW, that list is inaccurate for the shop I visited. Lots of items in the list they don't actually have (anymore).

As the previous poster said, this list is old. The Austin area stores still have a few nice classic Stingray four strings, but most of the 5ers are gone. I saw a couple of Big ALs and Sabres as well. They said the have been discounting those for a couple of weeks already.
