Congrats! Nice snag, I thought it might have gone a little higher. I guess you never know with the sparkle colors.

nice grab!!!! I was lookin real hard at that guit----but just dumped a bunch on a new Luke and I bought a stone mint Iban** RG550 1990 in desert yellow this weekend as well(its fun but bought it as trade fodder--its so minty) I prefer the S series. That AL went for a great price too----enjoy----my next EBMM is gonna be an

:) What a super nice Al! I was willing to bet it was a person on the forum that was bidding on it. What a steal! The same seller has a white sparkle Silo Spcl that I was talking to him about around a month ago. It is also a super nice guitar. Fogman, are you paying attention?

Thanx everybody Sparkle number 2 is shipping tommorrow this is a N.O.S guitar and the seller is actually a music store ,so i am taking his word on it, but he says its never been outta the store and not a scratch on her............ and yip i will post many Nice pics when she gets here,i cant believe i got her so cheap i had a high bid of $1000.00 for the last minute just so i wouldnt lose her!!!

I just got an email from Jon, he's finished with the fret job and said that there was a interesting side note. The original fret work was done on 6/13/96 and he did the new fret work on 6/13/06... 10 years to the day. :cool:

I can't wait to get it back...
