I just had a run in with a big box store of the hardware type that made me appreciate my experience with Music Man ever so much more.

We live in a swamp (basically) and I just had to by my third sump pump in as many years. The first two had three year warranties and didn't last two years between the two of them. To collect on the warranty, you have to ship the thing to Lord knows where (effectively paying for the cost of a new pump in freight) and wait who knows how long while the crawlspace fills up with water. Well, Lowe's told me they keep everything on file under my phone number and will take care of me. Silly me I believed them and when I took the thing back they said they had no record of it and I had to talk to the manufacturer.

I don't have a lot of money but when I do spend it I want it to be on a quality product that the company will stand behind. BP and crew have gone out of their way to make sure each one of us is more than satisfied with our respective purchases. I couldn't be happier, and thanks again.

Try Grundfos pumps, theyre unbreakable and have a good warranty and customer service if you ever have a lemon, which is very unlikely.
