I've been thinking, as the title of this thread suggests, about that Graphite Pearl single hummer Bongo we were playing at the country club.

Who else was knocked down by that sumbitch?

I'm just about tempted to call Dargin and ask him if that thing is for sale.

And brothers, I have some good basses already, but that thing was above and beyond, wasn't it?

Crap. It's Sterling's Bongo?

Curses! Foiled again!

Unless, ahem, sir, you really don't care what happens to it.

I'm perfectly serious, by the way. I need to call Dargs on Monday and do some bidness, which includes ordering my next (!) bass, and I really think that single hummer just KILLED.

STOP ME BEFORE I BONGO AGAIN.

I'm right there with you. I'm trying to worm my way into a single-hummer Bongo 5.

You did say "It's available", right?

Like I need another four string.

Biff, I know you have very little control over those boys of yours, but....I'm shooting the Dargster an email right now, while the vodka is still cold.

Whatever influence you have, and I know it is weak.........

the help me,

Jack

Ahhh, I just got done playing 4 sets with that single H killer sound. I am seriously looking at a single H fretless when the new SE colors is announced.

Can anyone give opinions as to why/how the H Bongo differs from the H Ray?

Hmmm...nice! Maybe I'll consider a single H for my next purchase.

A little simplicity never hurts.
