I need a bongo in my life,

im gonna eat my own words about H and 4 strings being the ultimate, im all ready to order a 5HHp fretted. I know some say that the piezo isn't worth getting on fretted but i figured that if the bongo lives up to my expectations i wont be needing to buy a bass again.

So the question i pose is (getting in touch with my feminine side) what colour? i was always pondering on the side of Ice Blue but the recent post of the cabernet bongo got me thinking again. So.. help?

As I wrote a couple of days ago, I played a fretted SR5 H with piezo pickups the other day in guitar center; the sound was incredible. In my opinion, it belongs just as much on fretted as it does on fretless.

Plus, it's a Bongo with the HH configuration. You have so many tonal options to choose from and even more so with a piezo bridge. I say go for it.

As for colors, I'm not a Bongo player (although I've tried them before in passing), but as long as you don't get translucent anything or natural finish, I would suggest going for that new Cabernet Pearl finish or perhaps even Sterling Silver. They're both new and look incredible.
