I've seen that logo somewhere before

I was going through some CD's at a local second hand dealer (where I find some of my best stuff CD wise) and stumbled upon this.

The cover obviously grabbed my attention. An Australian band I have never heard of released this in 1996. I don't know what the story is with the logo rip-off but thought it was interesting. Haven't bothered to listen to what the songs are actually like, maybe later.
