Strings & Things- Pete Lunney
I had, after the six month wait, received my new axis super sport in honeyburst but suffered problems with a selector switch that wouldn't select the neck humbucker. I returned it to Strings & things and Pete Lunney picked up the problem and followed it through all the way! He was phoning on a regular basis, keeping me upto speed with all developments..............the outcome was a new guitar (slightly different colour) which is great and other goodies to say sorry to me for the inconvenience! Absolutely fantastic customer service..........Thanks again Pete!! You're a star!
