I have changed the strings on my new JP6 from the factory 10-46 to 9.5-44 (which I use on my guitars)...

Since changing the strings the guitar has minor buzzes all over, and the strings are much closer to the board.

Also, the bridge is tilted backwards - particuarly if you look at the base of it.

Is that base plate supposed to sit level? Any suggestions on the buzzes, more relief, raise action?

Thanks

remove the back plate.
loosen the screws holding the claw in equal increments until the bridge is levelled with the surface of the guitar.
replace the back plate.
rock.

edit: do NOT use the thruss rod or saddles to compensate the change in strings.

First, if you have never done this before I suggest asking EBMM Customer Service. They'll give you best instructions HOW TO.

As what my dear colleagues already suggested:

a) Level the bridge by loosening the screws that hold the springs connected to your bridge. Loosen a bit then tune! Do that until it's as close as possible to the perfect alignment with the body (I've noticed that failing to adjust the bridge to its almost perfect condition ALWAYS brings a slight 'pitch' to your tune)
b) Your neck might be back boned since now you use strings that put less tension on it so I am sure you know how to relieve that

And you're all set. Action adjustments aren't necessary if you ever had the instrument set-up.
