Let's say I happened to come across one for sale, not the DD II but the DD I in the green, it's non piezo. There are supposedly 8 ever made. What is it worth? as opposed to how much would you personally pay for one?

I personally think the Dargie 1's are more desirable. The martini glass inlays are classic and it was the first. The condition and such would determine what someone would pay. I've seen them sell for a lot and then, I've seen people who needed the $$ let them go for cheap. Keith got his Dargie 1 AL that way, I didn't move quick enough, my loss.

Hope this helps, Glenn |B)

there's one for $1650 can. in Quebec on kijiji which is another craigslist type site.
I was going to buy a month ago, but there is some cosmetic damage to it, so I regretfully had to pass.

I am the proud owner of one of these non-piezo Dargie 1 Pets, and mine is case fresh, minty perfect!

Always open to outrageously high offers though! :D
