Great as always!!! However, he is not doing SM, it is much more RB (which SM is playing almost note to note as on the original record as well) :)

I saw that video a couple years ago, I love this cover. There are also a lot of other videos from that show on Youtube, and they're all awesome.

That's my all-time favorite DP song and JP was awesome as always! I had the pleasure to see him play live at the last G3 show over two years ago. I'm a huge Satriani and Gilbert fan but, JP blew them and all of us fans away, he was just amazing.

Ahhhh, I learn something new everyday. I just assumed it was Steve. I actually once had a custom Van named Highway Star and was into all the Deep Purple songs.
