I have a EBMM JP, an RG with a Wizard "Prestige" neck, a Petrucci Ibanez JPM100 P1 (red, blue, black and yellow Picasso graphic), and a Jem (among many others).
There are several kinds of Wizard necks. The Wizard Prestige on my RG is the thinnest neck I have ever seen or played. Definitely not for everyone, but I really like it. The Ibanez JPM Petrucci model has a Viper neck profile which is very similar in thickness to the EBMM neck. The Jem neck profile is also about the same thickness.
Nevertheless, all of these necks would be considered thin compared to "standard" neck profiles, which are usually based on Gibson and Fender specs.
I think you would be happy with the JP neck profile if you're into the shred feel. It's a fast feeling neck and the whole guitar is ultra comfortable. If you've ever played an Ibanez JPM100 and liked it, then the EBMM JP will please you. They both sound very similar tonally, but the EBMM feels like a upgrade from the JPM (and in many ways, especially quality-wise, it is).
I have a Wizard-II neck on my remaining Ib@nez guitar. The JP neck feels similar, but probably not quite as thin. It wasn't hard switching though, except for the lower frets.. took me about 2 weeks to get completely comfortable. Once you get used to these unfinished necks, there's no going back.
