so my lovley John Petrucci model arrive today and its amazing, you fingers slide like butter down the neck, superb. But, i cant get the peizo to work, ive tried everything. I just want to be abale to use one amp, rather than use the stereo output so i plugged in to the peizo/mono output but am getting no signal from wither the magnetic or peizo pickup, as far as i could tell everything is turned up! i am a little confused by the panel on the back though with the bass/trebble/mix controls. can some one please tell me what im doing wrong. i just wanna get rocking. hehehe x

Have you tried altering the mix controls ? On my JP6 I've turned the piezo mix all the way to the right. Hope it helps, the piezo sounds great when you're plugged direct to the PA, you will love it .
