Hi guys,
Sorry to bother with an help request, but i REALLY don't know what to do.
Basically I got an issue with my JP15 Rosewood BFR, bought new two years ago from a dealer in Italy, and as many others I googled out, my piezo is working weird; the D string plays half the volume compared to other strings.. maybe the G string is even playing a little bit more, but the real problem is with the D string. If I percuss a little on the saddle it sounds only beneath the string and not upon the string... How's that? How can I solve this?
I got this problem from the beginning and two years ago I contacted my dealer but meanwhile I did a battery change and, if I recall correctly, the problem vanished, or I thought vanished.. in two years didn't happen to play with piezo in my projects, using multiple guitars, and in these days I'm with the same problem again, obviously the battery change won't solve...
Now, I can't contact music man through the Contact Page in any way, with any browser. It doesn't send the message and I don't know why. There's no mail and it's a little bit difficult from Italy to call in america... they don't sell the saddles for replace on their site anymore and the only vendor in usa, Ubaldo Music, doesn't have these in stock, in case I'd need a replacement.
How can I contact MMEB? Is it possible to eventually order a new saddle kit and ship in Italy? The guitar is not on warranty anymore but for that guitar I spent €4500 so if I have to pay, so be it...
