Hi All
I have a "pre stainless steel frets" JP6 with piezo, mystic dream...Great guitar although recently the metal thingy on top of the lower E saddle ( ie the part touching the string) came off and I have been suggested by the CS to buy the whole set. The issue here is that I am located in Europe and on top of the 200+ USD I have to pay another 100 for customs duty and VAT which is a bit too expensive I reckon.
Any chance somebody has some spare old JP piezo saddles in EU?
Thanks for the suggestions in advance,

Regards,

Dave

Hi Dave!

Import duty and VAT should in the range of 22% - 25% of the total cost of the saddles + shipping. I'd be very surprised if it's a full 100€ on a 200€ sale.

I don't think that's right. I think it's an outside company that supplies that information. But I know that import duty in the EU is less than 5% (my search is giving me 3.2% for instruments and parts) and VAT as we know is about usually 20-25% depending on the country. I'll get in touch with Music Man and let them know.

What country are you in Dave?
