can anybody here help me out with a diagram for adding a push-pull to my JP6 BFR? I want to replace the Volume pot with a push-pull to enable coil tapping of the pickups while keeping all of the stock sounds if possible. heck if I could just be able to split the neck pickup that would be more than enough! I think alot of folks would be interested in this mod, if I have clear directions I'll do it myself; but I have a tech who can do it for me if its to much for me to handle. Please help! I have stock dimarzios in the guitar currently just different colored bobbins, love em'! Thank you to anybody that can Help!

with the 3-way in the middle position the tone pot push-pull engages all the coils, when the tone pot is in the down pos the mid pos on the pu selector is both p.u.s split/ parallel what i am talking about is being able to split the Pickups individually.

Check out DiMarzio website...they have TONS of different wiring schematics there now since they revamped their site. Some useful information there as well for doing some mods like that which may help you out. Sorry if I was not so directly helpful.

The piezo preamp is an entirely different circuit, just with shared outputs, so you don't need to mess with any of its wiring. The Dimarzio diagram won't show the piezo wiring because its not specifically a diagram for a JP6.
