Help! JP6 BFR Mono Output "Buzz"

My JP6 BFR recently began buzzing when using the mono output. I thought the sound just was present on the magnetic pickups, but after some testing I discovered that the buzzing also occurs when using the piezo, and only with the mono output(the output I have used the most). My guess would be that there is something wrong with that output, or with the wiring, since the buzzing sound has not disappeared. I therefore ask for advice, before I take it to be repaired.

The guitar was bought in New York, and then taken out of USA, so I do not know if it is under warranty. And I think the only EBMM dealer in my country just does imports, and is not an actual guitar store.

Your warranty is only valid in the country you bought the guitar.

Call or email customer service. If there is someone in your country who can help you, they'll put you in touch. If not, they'll look after you themselves.

Did you tried changing the battery?

Thanks for the replies. I will check the battery tomorrow, I cannot actually remember last time i changed it. I did not think the battery would have much to say, but I see now that it may impact.
I also think the guitar store I usually visit, orders via the local EBMM dealer, and they have had EBMM guitars in stock. I will email customer service if the problem continues after some more testing.

I had the same problem which was solved by changing the battery

It worked! I did not think the battery would have an impact on the magnetic pickups, but it did. I should have read the diagram closer.
I especially did not want to take it to repair or send it somewhere after I got Petrucci's autograph on it.
