JP6 Bridge/Bar Adjustments

Hey

I have a JP6 and would like to know how to adjust the tremolo bar so it will stay wherever I put it.

Right now, when it's pointing towards the headstock it's kind of loose, will fall away when I let go and when I use the tremolo there is a little bit of play and a slight clicking sound. When it's facing away from the headstock it's tight and stays where it is with no clicking sound when I use it. Seems like something is off.
