Hi! I do have a question regarding the JP6's bridge/saddles. Is it normal for the saddles to have a small burr or groove (not really sure what to call it) for the strings to sort of sit in? Or should I file/sand them out until the surface is even? You might be able to see what I mean by looking at the encircled parts on the pictures attached. I'm asking because I've noticed that I've been breaking a lot of strings recently and I couldn't find the reason. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The metal-on-metal pressure from string tension will result in indentations in the saddles, it's totally par for the course. If string breakage becomes an issue, or sometimes it might cause sitar-like noises, I will use sandpaper (maybe also a round or half-round needle file in some situations) to remove the indentations. (The saddles on my old start were awful for this, when I was gigging three or fours times each week, I'd be filing and sanding the saddles every few months).

BUT I would be VERY wary about filing or sanding the piezo elements. Get in touch with Customer service and ask them for advice.

Thanks for the advice. The piezo part on top is the one I'm actually worried about, I'm not really sure if there should be an indentation in there and if I could sand it down. I've been looking at the strings I'm breaking, and it seems to break at that point (just right after the string bend coming out of the saddle).
