I would like a nice, clean, warm jazz sound on the neck, and a country-suited bridge. I like a tele sound, but actually never played one. I split my Hamer bridge (currently a bareknuckle Crawler) and combined it with the neck SC (bareknuckle veneer '63), as I read you get a kind of tele sound with such a combination. So I might try that in the Silo, too.
But anyway, I'll test the Virtual PAFs, as I like a smooth lead tone, and it appears they sound smooth, but other things I'm thinking of trying are SD Jazz or Alnico II pro, or Dimarzio PAF pro in the neck, and a SD Pearly Gates bridge. I loved that one in my ESP Horizon, but never had it split.

Bringing this one back up (let me know if this should be a separate post). I love the Silo, it's become my main guitar since I got it early April. The Virtual PAFs are ok, but not entirely what I want. I think they sound somewhat too thin.

I use this guitar mainly for jazz/theory study (and some shred ...), and eventually country, but time is lacking ... I replaced the neck vPAF with a BKP The Mule which was laying around for many years. It is an improvement, and I was happy at first, but the bass is a little booming. I'd like to have it slightly less dominant and more focused/tighter.

Maybe the bridge can be slightly hotter and warmer, and if possible, nice clean SC-ish when split (similar for the neck). Is there a combination that would be Tele-like when the bridge and neck are combined split?

The custom SC is ok for now, maybe a little sterile sounding.

Any suggestions on HH (or HSH) combinations? Maybe some requests are not possible, but I want versatility and some 'vibrancy'. Just let me know.
FYI, I mainly use this with a Fender Bassbreaker 15 combo.

Having played both guitars and owning two Silos, I agree with the other comments. These are two totally different guitars just on neck profile alone. For me that was a night and day experience. I didn’t like the JP6 neck.

One thing to keep in mind about the Silhouette is that the body is, IMO, on the small side. I have a Cutlass and after playing the Cutlass for several months the Silo feels really small to me. I prefer larger bodies. Not sure if you already mentioned this or not, but why not consider a Cutlass if you’re looking at the Silo?

Any suggestions on pickup changes for a silo?
A warm neck HB for (i.a.) jazz. Articulate bass. The BKP The Mule is too woolly in the bass, but highs are great. So, I guess something PAF? Dimarzio PAF 36th, perhaps?

The neck should be suitable for country, fusion. Not too hot with nice cleans, and if possible some twang when split. I installed a Tone Zone in my Jackson Dinky last week, and the cleans/split surprised me. So I might even consider this, or perhaps an Air Zone or AT-1? Other option is an SD Pearly Gates.

So nice split strat-like cleans on either humbucker are a plus!

I think I will replace the middle SC after all. It could be a little warmer, more dynamic. I think it's too sterile now.

With the JP6 (and Majesty with tone knob up), bear in mind that the pickups are wired differently to traditional switches. On the JP6, you have three switch positions: Full humbucker, inner two coils in parallel, full humbucker. So basically three sounds (heavy crunch, 'strat'-like cleans, fat neck).

This is a function of the custom PCB attached to the 4PDT switch, NOT the pickups. It would be entirely possible to get very different sounds and switch configurations with the JP6 pickups, without having to swap them out. And the cost would be just a few bucks.
