Hey I am having a problem with my piezo pickup it started last night. At practice I took a break between sets and when I picked up my guitar and switched on the piezo I heard some static and it made a muffled sound then shutoff only the piezo pickup. I thought maybe the battery was bad so I out a new one inside and it did the same thing.Called tech support and they said maybe the battery compartment pole pieces need to be bent up a little ,tried it played ok for about 2 minutes then did it again . was told to send it back to be checked out. Anybody have an idea .I live in Miami and its gotta go to Cali. scary thoughts!@##:(

If they told you to send it back to be checked, I would send it back. I had an issue a while back with my Mystic Dream's JP6 piezo. I sent it back and the whole piezo got replaced and my guitar was as good as new after that. EBMM Customer Service is amazing. Send it back and get it fixed. They'll take good care of you.

I had the same problem a lot of times, and now I have again, the reason is that one of the piezo saddle is wrong. You need to find which one is wrong, because as I knew a week ago there are 2 different saddles, like this:

E-standard,
A-reverse
D-standard
G-reverse
B-standard
E-reverse

So if you found which is the bad one, you need to change it/them. In the USA maybe you can fix it with EB, in my country I don't have any other opportunity, just to make it by myself..

Work with Ernie Ball Music Man Customer service on this one. They are the real deal and are the best option of getting your guitar fixed right.

I just finished working with them on a issue with my JP6 and even though I live in Europe, they treated me like I was only one town over.

Good Luck!
