Hi all! I'm new here and from Canada.

I just bought a used jp6 and I noticed that the strings go sharp all the time. Also, the tremolo throws the strings out of tune big time. And, the tuners have the thumb screws on them (I've never had these before) and when I bend the high E it goes way flat and I can feel it slipping. The strings are completely streched out.

Anybody have this similar problem and know a fix?

I've had floyd roses for years (this jp6 has the stock bridge on it) and never had any kind of problem like this before.

Any help would be great. BTW, I think the JP6 is a killer axe! :D

1. Call Customer Service
2. The guitar probably needs to be set up properly.

Customer service is your best bet. They are extremely friendly and will do whats necessary to make sure your instrument is up and running again.

When in doubt, call the guys that know best.

Good luck!
