So i got a new JP6 a week ago, and set it up including adjusting the truss rod and everything, but today i went to do some fine tuning on the truss rod now that the guitar's had time to acclimate and it absolutely won't budge. I can't get the wheel to turn in either direction, and it even managed to break the tip off of a small, albeit cheap, screwdriver. Why over the span of 4 or so days would the truss rod go from working fine to not moving at all? Sigh.

Well said, Mr. M.

Welcome to the forums, Nathan! Customer Service will get you squared away.

And when you get a chance, post some pics of that JP guitar. We like to see as much guitar porn as possible here...plus if you don't have pics, the guitar doesn't exist :D
