My monocable is in the mono input as always, and I'm playing both crunch and piezo clean, with the choice of the piezo switch.
Suddenly today, The sound and volume was gone in the monoline.. both mag and piezo.
I have to cranck the volume to like 80% to get even the smallest buzz from the speakers.
Anyone else had the same problem??
:(

Edit add: Since bot the piezo and the mag volume is affected, it doesen't seems like the problem is located in the piezo potmeter.

Just a few things to check before you call Customer Service, as these are questions they will probably ask you.

Have you tried a different guitar cable/lead?

Have you replaced the battery?

Have you tried a different guitar with your amp?

Does changing the position of the toggle switch make any difference in volume?

Are all the volume potentiometers turned up 100%?

I opened the plate and nudged the potmeter, and now it's working fine..
Seems like a wirejoint broke or something.
I'll call my local tech.

Glad you figured that out. Perhaps it's just a loose solder joint or something that's quick work for a tech.

I couldn't see anything though... But I am practicing now, and the sound is like normal again.. I screws are tightened, but I've tried shaking the guitar a little, just to check..
Nothing happened to the sound :)

A co is trying the guitar..
It's not the pots, but the joints to the battery.
He taples with it back and forth, and the whole thing sounds like a killswitch.
