JPX- had SS frets from the start?

Hello friends,

I've heard somewhere that earliest version of JPX was made with frets made of nickel wire, but contrary to that on the JPX guitar overview is written stainless steel frets.
Is there anyone who can tell if this is true and if the transition from nickel frets to SS frets was done on JPX model, when actually it took place?

All of the JP model guitars built after winter NAMM have SS frets. Before that only the JPXI did.
