Hey guys,
Just have a quick question. Noticed that the necks on both my JPXI and JP12 are a little too straight and I wanted to add some relief. So I turned the wheel about 1/4 turn toward the upper horn on the guitar and it didn't seem to do anything. In fact, I can turn the wheel with my hand (w/o using a tool I mean). I've trussed many other guitars (including EBMM's) but this is the first time that it has turned so easily. My question is if this is normal for these guitars, or should I expect some kind of resistance? Also, it doesn't seem to be adding any relief into the neck, so I'm wondering if maybe I'm at the limit for introducing relief? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I am NOT trying to ask anyone to identify a problem, just want to know if this is something that I'm supposed to be experiencing.
