I think im going to throw in the towel, and sell it for a huge loss, or trade in towards my next amp, when it comes to headphone practice, nothin beats that pod 2.0! I might save up and get a 5150 combo, old peavey one, or get my old marshall jtm 30 fixed, that was a cool amp, its now just collecting dust, all i have that works is my class5, i really want that 5150 though, hmmm...

Well thank God, i just got back from GC, and got a full refund on the pod hd, what a p.o.s! I still love my old 2.0, the models, effects, etc, are levels above the hd, sometimes older is better. Well I was there i tried an peavey 6505+ 112, awesome amp! I might grab one when i can, but i would rather have the old 5150 combo, tried an axis tribute purple quilt, awesome! And many others, i had a blast, As usual, lol.

Looking around at my gear, I notice that most of the stuff that I use is relatively new. My gear seems to go through a high turnover rate as my tastes rapidly change. The EBMM line is constantly evolving and I always crave the newest models but then I pick up an older model and think "man, this is pretty great as is." You're right about newer not always being better. I think a lot of times, newer just means different.
